What is the issue with my 2002 nissan altima 2.5SL

I place the key into the ignition and it acts as if it wants to crank but it won't I hold the key to start and giving it gas at the same time but my car won't start I had somebody to come and pull off the codes and I know my Spark Adv was reading at 63.5 degrees I just replace the crankshaft position sensor,Pulley,O2 Sensor. so what could be the problem with my car and where should I start at with resolving this issue and getting my car back running PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!!!!!
