Should exaust be hot coming from both outlets

What is your question?

1 muffler with 2 outlets one is blowing good and is hot the other barely blows and is cool and the engine keeps overheating replaced both thermostats ,water pump and radiator during troubleshooting found the catalytic converter has no guts in it. Also if I remove o2 sensor it doesnt run hot as often
