2002 nissan altima 3.5 V6

What is your question?

I am looking into buying a 02 altima with 105,000 miles the price is 5000.00, is that too much to pay and what do you think the shape of the transmission at that many miles would be possibly??? Is that a lot of miles for a nissan altima??? I am skeptical b/c I always have bad luck with cars:(
