What's the problem my fans will not come on too cool my car down

could be a number of things, a coolant temp sensor/switch, a cooling fan relay, a failed fan motor, the pcm, a wireing issue ie. corroded or burned wires or connection, rodent damage, the list goes on. take it to a reputable repair shop for a proper diagnosis. don't waist time and money throwing parts at it.
