The air condition will not come on at all

It sounds like the fan in the car is not turning on. This will need to be checked. Checking for power at the blower motor when it is turned on "high" is a good start. If there is power, and the motor does not work, then it will need to be replaced. If there is no power, then the circuit will need to be checked for a concern with the resistor, relay, any fuses, switches and controls.
