What is your question?
The terminals all terminals connections or corroded including the fusible link but when I check with a voltmeter I have seen voltage everywhere when the vehicle is running and it's charging what I have at the battery and what a scanner tells me is one tenth of a volt difference
What makes this problem better or worse?
A fully charged battery or new battery
