I have spark at all 4 cylinder and plenty fuel flow at the filter. It turns over but no start(it feels to me as though it is turning a little slower than normal)

I would check the battery. If the car doesn't seem to be turning over very fast, then you may be having a problem with the lack of power needed coming from the battery. Also, if that doesn't work, I would check the starter. Hope this helps, even though this was over 2 months ago.
