How to remove ignition switch

My car want start up when I turn the key an I checked the starter an battery cables they are all good but they said it cld be a ignition switch problem but I disconnected the iginition switch an started it with a screw driver an it started right up so cld the issue be it's the key lock cylinder need replaceing
