Hello -- exactly what are "symptoms of ecm pcm trouble"? I can tell you in the last 25 years, replacing the engine's processor (ecm pcm) fixes a car maybe 1 out of 1000 times. Regarding interchanging processors - you cannot unless you compare vehicle build like for like. Your questions are coming from a place where there is a total lack of knowledge about what you are speaking of. That's totally OK -- as most people don't, unless you are a professional. However, you are making assumptions that just are not true, and will end up costing you time and money. My advice would be to seek local professional guidance.
