What is your question?
I have a 1994 Nissan Altima with 140K miles on it. It has an intermittent starting problem where it won't turn over when I try to start it. It is worse when the car sits in the hot sun for a long time. Sometimes the car makes a little click sound when the key is turned, sometimes no sound, sometimes just a little ger..ger..ger like it's turning over very slowly. But most of the time I'll turn it and nothing happens. This car has the manual transmission. I checked the starting relay with a volt meter and its getting voltage when the key is turned. I had the battery checked at autozone. I replaced the battery terminal clamps and cleaned the posts. Still has the problem. Would a bad starter behave like this? It's kind of weird how it's related to the heat outside.

here,s what you do,remove your egr valve middle left rear on intake..remove 2 ten mm bolt's,and spray portal with carbon cleaner,as well as egr valve upside down with valve pressed in,and watch the black carbon pour out.......reinstall,then remove your distributor cap, check for oil inside..if so wipe clean..then you will see the fire/carbon button on the distributor that engages the rotor, clean with light sand paper, along with the edge of the rotor, and metal contact's around the inside of the distributor cap.........lastly,remove air intake hose, and lift up throttle body vale, and clean with air intake cleaner...should your perform this method, and later on suffer this symptom, change out your ignition switch,it's only $28.00 at autozone.......good luck.....The 94 altima is one hell of a car in this year of 2013 people ask me how do you keep this car alive????Your problem's tell me your altima has full life, but semm's to be having a respitory problem of some sort..A stuck exhuaust gas recirculation valve will cause that issue....once you spray air intake cleaner in to your car's system,it will also clean out your (IACV) idle air control valve....Oh one more thing, don't forget to put in some fuel injector cleaner into your tank......
