Person was drilling a hole under the car, near the driver seat side When there was a loud bang noise and the driver seatbelt rapidly retracted and locked. There was almost a gunpowder type smell. Afterwards, the passenger electric seat would not operate, the electric windows stopped working, the seat heaters would not come on and the dash airbag warning light stays on. There was a long cable under the driver seat with a yellow connector end that is not plugged into any thing and can't seem to find where it should plug into.

Hello, you need local, quality, professional help. That's really all I can say. Asking questions about someone who physically damaged a component does not leave much to be a mystery. No one in this forum can tell you anything more than to inspect the damage and determine what must be done to repair it -- because physical damage has occurred, starting with the deployment of the seat belt pretensioner. This has likely caused a domino effect of damage to other components. But -- it really requires hands on inspection to find out what's going on.
