What is your question?
I was driving my 2004 Nissan 350 Z coupe, when the gas pedal decided to stop working I would step on the gas and get no reaction, I turned the car off and it didn’t want to turn back on the battery was dead, I proceeded to look under the hood and there was an amp connected directly to the battery from the previous owner, I went and got a brand new battery and installed it and disconnected the amp, the car started right up after the new battery was installed and the gas pedal is working again and everything and I drove it home, my question is what could’ve caused the gas pedal not to work?
What makes this problem better or worse?
After I put a new battery in everything was working
How long has your 2004 Nissan 350Z had this problem?
A few days

Low system voltage could definitely influence the throttle response. If you have electrical system issues it is likely that components like your throttle body would not operate properly, as well as other components. Hands on testing is needed, but I do suspect lower system power contributing to the cause of the concern.
