cost to fix the thermometer and my clutch pedal stuck to floor wont bounce back.

Checked the clutch reservoir it was empty, top it off and the clutch pedal still stuck to floor after i stepped on it, car hasnt been used for over a month. There was a problem before this ( the temperature gauges keep bouncing and im assuming its the thermometer and now the clutch. What is happening with my car and how much will it cost to get it fixed, help and thank you.
