Airbag light on, reading lights out and radio out

This sounds a bit more substantial than a fuse. If the Air Bag Light is on, then that system needs to be diagnosed. I would have your whole car scanned, there is more than one electrical issue i.e Air Bag Light, no Radio, antenna not working correctly etc. A defective antenna motor can blow a fuse by the way, it can jam and over load the circuit which would kill your radio. I would unplug the antenna motor or fix it, don't let it run and then not run, with a piece of broken antenna in the works.
