Air bag diagnosis is very technical,usually the dealer will have to scan the vehicle to get a proper repair.It most likely will be a clock spring inside the steering column which you have to disable all airbag functions.One thing to try would be disconnect the battery for 2 mins and see if it will reset.If not look for a honest repair shop.
