yes i think i have a blown head,but my engine wont start,how do i get it to start so i can put some steal seal in it to repair the head gasket

There is nothing positive about trying that sealant, whether you get the car started or not. If you have a head gasket or head issue, the sealant will not help you anyway, really. Sealant really does negative things overall to your engine. Consider a proper diagnosis, or some other alternative. Starting the engine to get it to take sealant shouldn't be a choice.
