There is nothing positive about trying that sealant, whether you get the car started or not. If you have a head gasket or head issue, the sealant will not help you anyway, really. Sealant really does negative things overall to your engine. Consider a proper diagnosis, or some other alternative. Starting the engine to get it to take sealant shouldn't be a choice.
