why is my alarm system malfunctioning

What is your question?

My key can't unlock the doors. All doors is locking by themselves, when I open the drivers door an close it all the doors lock. I have to use my key to open the door, and lock the car from the inside.

What makes this problem better or worse?

I can't use my remote to lock an unlock my doors, I have use the key to get in and use the lock on the inside to lock the doors.

How long has your 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander had this problem?
