What is your question?
The vehicle will not start. It cranks, sputters, and turns off. I disconnected the vacuum hose from the vac booster and it started but idled at 3000 RPM. When it initially occurred (4 days ago) I was able to get it started but it would not shift from first.

Hello, when you remove the vacuum hose, you allow unmetered air into the engine, and allow the air to mix with the ample available fuel to raise the idle. This would suggest to me that you don't have enough air or have too much fuel - causing a fuel to air ratio concern. This is a guess, and a place to start. P0113 is an Intake Air Temperature system code P0102 is a Mass Air Flow sensor issue P0123 is a Throttle Position sensor issue P0222 is also a Throttle Position Sensor issue. I'd be looking at throttle body, throttle position sensor, wiring, connections, air flow restrictions, things of that nature before doing anything else. A real diagnostic tool capable of aiding in troubleshooting is needed, not just a code reader. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
