What is your question?
I have a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS V6 Automatic 6 Speed with a 105,000 miles, it has never had its transmission fluid changed is it a good idea to change it now or leave it alone? Will changing the transmission fluid do more harm than good? What would be the best place to have it changed? Mitsubishi Dealer, AAMCO, Firestone, Pepboys? Which type of change is the best Flush, Drain and Fill, Drop pan?

Hello, There is a myth that says changing transmission fluid after waiting will destroy the transmission. Any harm from improper maintenance is already present, and the longer you wait, the more damage will be done. Most often, the neglect of maintenance leads to beginning stages of failure, and then changing the fluid is too little too late. I do recommend you use the dealer in this case, because they will only have Mitsubishi transmission or CVT fluids. These fluids are updated over time, and using the latest and greatest from the people who made your transmission is an excellent idea to keep that transmission running. The flush will likely be recommended, followed by dropping the transmission fluid pan to change the filter.
