if its hot out car wont start its has gas and it fires . when its cold the car will start but when you shout it off it wont start i put a egr val. on it has gas in it and it dose turn over

its worse when its hot out or car was ran then shout off

Fuel, spark, air. You must have those three elements in the appropriate mixture to run the vehicle. A cold engine needs less air coming into the intake. A warm engine needs lots of air. An EGR valve concern can cause a cold engine stall, but it's not likely contributing to the problem. Have you been able to monitor EGR position? Are there any diagnostic trouble codes related to the EGR system?
