Is my AC compressor supposed to click on/off frequently for 2015 outlander sport

What is your question?

My AC blows very cold but im not sure if it should be clicking on and off frequently, this is my first Mitsubishi so I don't know if this is normal or not. No warning signs and the car runs great. 2015 Outlander Sport SE

What makes this problem better or worse?

AC dont hear anything, when on i can hear click on/off frequently but not rapidly

since we purchased the car about a month ago
