Oil Spill

What is your question?

I have oil POURING out from under the hood when the car is running. I took a look under and it appears to be coming from under the radiator. Specifically, from a line that runs from the engine to the bottom of the radiator. Any idea what this is and how much a repair may cost? Thanks!
