My 2001 Mitsubishi Montero is throwing a code #P0125 that is "Insufficient coolant temperature for closed loop fuel control."

It's a brand new code. The former code had to do with the cat converter which I remedied with a new fuel cap. It might be related to an earlier question I asked under the user name Shadetree1953.
