how do you check security switch to see if its on

Car cranks but there's no fuel gas are spark I think the security is on reason way because it ran untill I parked it nd let it sit or some fuses could have blown . I jahd to pull the battery think it arched

What makes this problem better or worse?

same on both cold and hot no start
