Is there any other symptoms? Grinds more when turning left or right? Only grinds when you go over bumps? Is it constant? Is there a pull in the steering wheel when driving?

Sometimes it just starts grinding but mostly when I go over bumps none of the other stuff though it is constent till I until I got another bump or slow down though

Was the axle replaced for the SAME noise it is making now? Review ALL conditions it makes noise under.
