Driver side door won't unlock with key fob or from inside.All other doors unlock

Hello, The wiring harness for the driver door is a common point of failure, so make sure that you don't have any broken wires between the door and chassis. The wires are in a protective rubber tube that folds like an accordion. If the wires look fine, you can remove the door panel and backprobe (examples on youtube) the door lock actuator (it's the same part as the actual latch inside the door). If the door lock actuator is getting power and ground and you see activity on the signal wire, it is probably bad. This happens all the time with lots of vehicles.
