Car wont turn over after blowout

Had a front tire blowout. It tore the air filter box off and ripped a wire harness down. My brake kights, tail lights and radio dont come on any more. Only tore one red and black wire which I spliced back together, but after changing tire and driving about 10 miles, the car stalled and won't turn over. Lights work
