Fixed leaking a/c (bad Schrader valve and O-ring where low side pipe bolts to evaporator), pulled a deep vacuum, then broke vacuum with 134a (system accepted 35 psi at rest). Turned on engine and a/c, intending to add the rest of the 134a, but compressor won't start. Managed to push in more by warming the can of 134a, but compressor wouldn't start with resting pressure (reads same at low- and high-side ports) of 50 psi or 100 psi.
