Doesn't accelerate unless i hit the right spot in steering wheel

Also feels like a wheel is going to fall off. Sometimes steering wheel feels stiff and sometimes very loose. Lots of humming and vibration. Just replaced tires, brakes, tie rods, and struts

What makes this problem better or worse?

Going over rough road makes it worse
