The Fosgate media/navigation radio will cut out after two minutes. No sound. Tried everything. But will come back on if I turn the engine off then on but again for only a few minutes. Anyone know why??

Hello, The radio, pre-amp, or amplifier may have a fault that is causing the radio to shut itself down, either as a failsafe, or due to failure. Check connections and outputs when the sound fails. Basically you are try to identify if any manipulation allows sound to play. Does it do the same if you turn off the subwoofer in the trunk?
I haven't tried to disconnect the sub. It cuts the sound off every time at about a minute, minute and a half. It's kinda weird.
Ok, I would try that, just to rule that possibility out, then pull the radio out and test all the outputs when it stops playing. If the outputs are still active, do the same on the factory amplifier.
