cost of a headlight cover replacement

hi...got into a "fender bender"..and my driver side headlight cover did not survive...there seems to be a crack in the bottom part but all else is ok..how much would this cost???..and while I am asking the catalytic converter is kinda done would this pass inspection.....I am pretty sure I need to get another car but I REALLY love my lancer....thank you!!!!!!!
