Bought new Alternator and cables and battery but got stranded twice?

What is your question?

New alternator and rebuilt battery and cables . Went to two places and then will not start again? Said alternator still good. Been stranded twice so frustrated. Son said friend checked fuses and ok. Had to leave car at service station tonight.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Just will not start.....my son has never worked on a car.

How long has your 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer had this problem?

Well alternator replaced month ago and was fine till couple days ago. So charged battery and replaced battery cables which were corroded
