My car will not turn start just clicking?

Clicking usually indicates a low state of charge for the battery. It's possible the battery has a bad cell or two which is not allowing the jump to take but it could also be a bad starter. You can try and let the other car run with the cables hooked up for about 30 minutes to see if it will take a little charge, or have the battery bench tested at an auto parts store. Alex
