It makes a clicking sound but doesn't turn over and it's not the battery it wont

As long as you first ensure you have a fully charged and strong battery that is able to handle a load, then you will need to check all cable connections to ensure they are secure and free of corrosion. Then, a starter draw test would be needed. Perform testing and continue from there.
