There is no leaks and the car is not running hot. It is just blowing cold air

Sounds like you need a heater core flush or testing to be sure hot coolant is able to flow into the heater core.
Hello, This could be blockage of the heater core, but most likely a mode door is broken or the actuator has failed. The mode door allows you to change the vent from heat to A/C when the controls are changed in the vehicle. Normally, when you change from heater to air conditioner, you should hear the door move, and the sound of the air moving should change as well. If you do not hear this change, the mode door is likely not moving.
