AC only works when on high and on heat only?

What is your question?

We thought it was the blower motor, but we replaced it and now the ac won’t work at all and it only blows when it’s on high and on heat. Suggestions as to why? Should I replace the control panel? Still a bad blower motor? Bad wiring? I just can’t go all summer in Louisiana with no ac. It’s to hot

Usually when it only works on high it's the blower resistor. I'd start there. Alex
