what’s the best fuel pump for 2003 Mitsubishi Galant ES?

On the outside of the fuel pump, there is a metal casing that is welded to the actual fuel pump itself? What can do about this and what part should I order to replace the pump and this metal case around it? I have looked online and can’t find one that looks like the entire deal I see in the engine.
