Car idles out of control when started pulseates when coming to stop with sputters

What is your question?

Tried cleaning the throttle body and mass airflow sensor with no luck. When first started up the engine revs high until I put the heat on also when coming to a stop it seems to be giving it more gas.

What makes this problem better or worse?

When in park with no fans running
