wiper noise

What is your question?

when i turn on my wipers i hear a screeching noise. i know its not the wipers because they are brand new and i have gone through 2 pairs already. can anyone help?

You could have deposits on the windshield. Clean it and the blades well with window cleaner or rubbing alcohol.
