I assume you are referring to the blower motor and usually it is time for a new motor when it works intermittantly and is noisy. Good luck! Greg

It's not the blower motor, there is an actuator that opens a valve/"gate" to allow the coolant to circulate thru the core. That is the clicking sound you hear. DON'T WASTE $$$ on a blower motor.
