My car has a shortage issue, when I turn it on it blows a fuse where can it be?

When the fuse gets blowed the car shuts off and the shortage has gotten so bad that it completely blows burns the fuse when ever I try to turn it on now.

Check the harness in the driver front wheel well these cars are notorious for tnhe driver tire to rub the splash shield and damaging the harness. You may have to take the plastic inner fender out in order to see it.
