Took my vehicle for veip inpection and it failed because the check engine light isn't on. How do I replace it or where can I take it to get fixed?

The light bulb is out you need to take the instrument cluster out to replace the bulb the bulb is cheap itself labor is gonna be like $80-100
where can u get the bulbs at?
