shaking when driving between 35-40

Check the condition of the tires it could be an out of balance tire. If the vibration occurs on acceleration it could be a mis-fire due to a failing ignition or fuel component but that would trigger a Service Engine Soon light. Perhaps rotate the tires front to rear your self and see if the problem changes if so you know the problem is tire related and tires need to be balanced or replaced.
