My Suv wants to die out at stop lights how do I turn up the idle? It's running really low I can't pass emissions either..

Multiple issues can cause that same issue to happen. First off do you have a check engine light on? Does it run smooth or rough? Did it just start happening? I would really recommend having a shop look at the issue to see what it could be. Just to show how many things can cause this I will list a few : vacuum leak, fuel pressure, mass air flow sensor, tune up issue, timing issue, cat issue.
