What is your question?
For some time now the steering wheel vibrates dramatically when breaking at speeds 60 miles per hour and above. Whats up with that???? Is this going to be a major repair bill?

check ur rotor u might have a warped rotor either u reface it or replace
Usually this is a sign of warped front brake rotors and you can check rotor replacement cost here https://repairpal.com/estimator/mitsubishi/eclipse choose brake pad and rotor replace and you can locate a shop near you here https://repairpal.com/mitsubishi-repair-in-pine-valley-california
This is a sign that the front brake rotors are warped, and need replacement. I don't recommend refinishing, because by the time the rotors are so warped that they vibrate like this, you need to remove way too much material to get them absolutely true, then they are so thin, that they will warp in short order. So again, I would replace the front rotors and pads with factory quality parts. When the rotors warp, it is because of heat and this also glazes and over heats the pads, so they need to be replaced as well, in order to have safe brake performance.
