2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse won’t shift when cold. Fine when engine warms up.

If the car is cold it will not shift until warm. Mechanic Changed fluids but did not help. Said transmission looked good. Can be warm out same thing. Used to be ok if warm out but now doesn’t matter warm or cold car has to run until temp needle moves to warm then it will shift.
