2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse acts like it wants to stall any ideas?

The first thing to figure out is if you have an engine performance issue or an electrical charging system issue. Testing of your charging system should be performed first. If everything passes there, you'll need to do testing for engine performance to see what is happening at the time the engine idle gets very low, wanting to stall the engine. This could be an air intake issue or fuel or ignition system issue. Too hard to tell without hands on diagnostic testing.
