01 eclipse runs good untill I drive it and it gets up to normal temp and when I turn it off it won't stay running when I try to start it again untill I let it sit for about 30 min to and hour then it runs alright. Its like its flooded or not getting enough gas when it won't stay running.

Really need to check for codes for this type of problem, first and foremost, because some sensor/ module/component in your fuel injection/ignition system is heating up and then not working correctly.
