Acle going into wheel looks like it not rite position yo ingage tire to move wat can u do to get bavk in plsce to get car to move cause my acle just spinung inside the boot

Axle just spinning but not ingageing the tire to move looks like something looking rite on back side of tire wear the balls bearings are at like the shaft not in rite place how get it back in place to ingage tire move
