rear brake noise

What is your question?

Sometimes when I engage and disengage my parking brake I hear a clicking noise. Also, when I make sharp turns there is a "metallic" scraping/grinding noise that comes from the driver side rear wheel. Could this be bad parking brake hardware/shoes?
